Galvanized coils and galvanized sheets refer to steel sheets with galvanized surfaces. The thin steel sheets are immersed in a molten zinc tank to make a layer of zinc thin steel sheets adhered to the surface. It is mainly produced by continuous galvanizing process, that is, the rolled steel sheets are continuously immersed in a molten zinc plating tank to make galvanized steel sheets; alloyed galvanized steel sheets. This kind of steel sheet is also made by hot dip method, but after leaving the tank, it is immediately heated to about 500℃ to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. This kind of galvanized coil has good coating adhesion and weldability.
The zinc layer is produced from Z20g to Z275g, with a thickness of 0.11-0.6MM and a maximum width of 1250MM.
